PLANNING & ENGINEERING
Navigating the necessary permissions can be complex. We handle it all for you. We will produce all the technical drawings and structural calculations required. If planning permission or a lawful development certificate is needed from your local council, we will manage the application process on your behalf, ensuring compliance with all UK building regulations.

THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE
This is where your dream takes shape. Our in-house team of experienced craftsmen will manage every stage of the build with precision and care:
Excavation: Carefully digging out the pool area.
Shell Formation: Constructing the pool structure using your chosen method (e.g. concrete, liner, or one-piece).
Pipework & Plant Room: Installing all the essential plumbing, filtration, and heating systems to SPATA (Swimming Pool and Allied Trades Association) standards.
Finishing & Surrounds: Applying your chosen interior finish, laying the coping stones, and constructing the patio or decking area.

HANDOVER & AFTERCARE
Upon completion, we don't just walk away. We provide a full commissioning of the pool, which includes balancing the water chemistry and demonstrating how to operate all the equipment. You'll receive a complete handover pack with all warranties and manuals. We always create the minimum amount of disruption to you and your family as possible. Depending on the job commissioned will affect the level of work required.
Will access be a problem?
Generally access is not a problem but it does depend on your property and the existing access. We will check all of this on our site survey and inform you of any problems that we foresee.
Do I need planning permission?
Any planning requirements will be taken care of by our Team to make the process simple and easy for you.
If I need planning permission, can you help?
Yes we will take care of all persmission applications for you.
Do you arrange everything or do I need a separate pool designer, plumber, electrician, installer?
We take care of the whole project from start to finish so it saves you any inconvenience.
Will I need any aftercare services?

What if I have a leak, do you help with repairs?
