Will I be able to do this on my budget?
Yes, we will discuss your budget at our initial consultation and plan accordingly.
When will I need to pay? ...e.g. All upfront –OR- deposit, mid payment, end payment -OR- all in instalments?
We will let you know the payment schedule during our quotation stage - it depends on the job we are commissioned to do.
Will I be able to have this completed in my timeframe?
We will discuss your timeframes in our initial consultation and quotation stage. We will endevour to meet your deadlines and will always provide a schedule of work before we start so you can make an informed decision.
Will this process cause disruption to my business / family?
We always create the minimum amount of disruption to you and your family as possible. Depending on the job commissioned will affect the level of work required.
Will access be a problem?
Generally access is not a problem but it does depend on your property and the existing access. We will check all of this on our site survey and inform you of any problems that we foresee.
Do I need planning permission?
Any planning requirements will be taken care of by our Team to make the process simple and easy for you.
If I need planning permission, can you help?
Yes we will take care of all persmission applications for you.
Do you arrange everything or do I need a separate pool designer, plumber, electrician, installer?
We take care of the whole project from start to finish so it saves you any inconvenience.
Will I need any aftercare services?
We offer aftercare services if you need them.
What if I have a leak, do you help with repairs?
Of course, we carry our Leak Detection & Pool Repair services should you need them.
